Match day & Event Security

We are now recruiting for additional Response Calibre SIA Door Supervisors to work on match-days at our stadiums based in South London. You will need to be available for match-days, which are primarily Saturdays and Tuesday evenings. We are looking for individuals with previous response team experience who are highly effective in dealing with problems, high risk incidents, unforeseen issues such as disorder, unruly behaviour or as a rapid response where an issue or incident has or is about to occur. Individuals must be capable of handling ejections from the stadium. ​ Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: ​ Checking access passes and performing searches for spectators entering events Managing, resolving and reporting incidences Crowd management Maintaining a safe environment for visitors at the stadium Patrolling relevant areas when necessary Providing a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at our Stadiums. The ideal candidates MUST: ​ Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License Have a proven record of being part of a Response Team Friendly, professional, and well-spoken (Must be fluent in English). Experience in customer facing roles and conflict resolution Reliable and well organised Punctual and on time In return you will receive additional training, high levels of responsibility work at our other venues and opportunities for progression. Primary Locations AFC Wimbledon – Cherry Red Records Stadium Sutton United – VBS Community Stadium ​ Our Recruitment Process ​ Due to the volume of applications, our recruitment process is as follows. ​ Online application reviewed. Although we have a strict criteria and recruitment process we look for this process to be completed quickly, ideally within 10 working days, however that will largely depend on you and how quickly you provided us with the information we require. Event Steward

We are recruiting reliable, customer-focused individuals to support match days and events at AFC Wimbledon and Sutton United. If you're confident working with the public, enjoy a lively atmosphere, and want to be part of delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees during matches and events Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach Assist with crowd control, directions, and entry checks Remain vigilant and respond quickly to any incidents or issues Requirements: Previous stewarding and/or customer service experience Fluent in spoken and written English Confident, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure Reliable with good timekeeping and communication skills Locations: AFC Wimbledon, Cherry Red Records Stadium Sutton United, VBS Community Stadium This is a fantastic opportunity to gain event experience, work in exciting environments, and be part of local sporting culture.
