The Level 2 Digital Skills Course

The Level 2 Digital Skills Course is aimed at improving personal digital skill as well as well as providing learners with some of the skills that they may require in the workplace.

Changes in the employment market   have led to digital skills becoming essential work skills.  Many jobs and include an element of digital skills, whether it is

• Communicating via email
• Producing new documents or editing previously created documents
• Using devices or the processing of information.
• Completing financial transactions
• Order stock
• Tracking and delivering packages

Essential digital skill could also include learning about how to keep yourself online when shopping or simply learning about how to avoid suspicious links or pop ups.

Digital skills qualifications range from Entry Level to L2.
