Level 3 Award in Conflict Management

The course is a two-day course that teaches how to recognise and defuse conflict.  It is particularly aimed at those working in customer-facing environments.  The training is designed to build on communication, interpersonal skills, listening skills and body language.

The course consists of a single unit

  • Managing Conflict in the Workplace when dealing with customers, service users or the public.
